Big news for Cobb County food lovers — the popular Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão is planning to open a new location at Cumberland Mall near Smyrna! 🇧🇷🔥

- The restaurant is planned for an 8,000 sq. ft. building on an outparcel near the former Sears, close to Round1.
- This will be the third Georgia location, joining Fogo’s restaurants in Buckhead and Dunwoody.
- The expansion follows the chain’s recent growth under Bain Capital, which acquired the company in 2023 for $1.1 billion.
- Cumberland Mall’s growing dining lineup already includes Maggiano’s, The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang’s, Stoney River, T’s Brunch Bar, and Buffalo Wild Wings.
Founded in 1979, Fogo de ChĂŁo is famous for its authentic rodĂzio-style dining, where guests enjoy endless cuts of fire-roasted meats carved tableside and an expansive market table with traditional Brazilian sides and salads.
