Cobb County is officially transitioning its digital presence from cobbcounty.org to cobbcounty.gov. This change enhances security, boosts credibility, and makes accessing services easier and more trusted for residents.
📬 What’s Changing?
- All county websites and staff emails will now use
.gov domains.
- The library website’s official new URL is:
👉 cobbcounty.gov/library
📚 What About CobbCat.org?
Good news — CobbCat.org isn’t going anywhere!
This fun, easy-to-remember link will continue to redirect to the official site. So if you’ve been typing cobbcat.org into your browser, it’ll still work just fine.
That said, if you’ve bookmarked the library site, it’s a good idea to update your bookmark to the new .gov address for the most direct access.
